For residents of Country Walk, Florida, who are looking for a new fitness center to join, we have you covered. At Orangetheory, we have exciting classes that are perfect for just about anyone who wants to get or stay fit.
The Orangetheory workout is different from any workout that you have experienced before. Here, instead of plugging away on the same old workout machine, you'll take a one-hour class that is designed to help you burn as many calories as possible. We utilize heart rate monitoring and encourage you to transition back and forth from different workout machines that require cardiovascular exercise as well as strength training. The goal of our workout is to keep your heart pumping and help you build up your strength and endurance.
When you attend your gym session, an Orangetheory coach will be there to assist you every step of the way. Your trainer will give you a chance to talk about your fitness goals and will help you modify your workout so that it's right for you. You can also count on your Orangetheory trainer to provide the motivation and instruction that you need to maximize your workout.
You don't have to already be in great shape to give us a try. In fact, members range in fitness level from beginner to seasoned athlete. Our workout plan works for just about anyone and can lead you toward your goals.
If you still aren't sure, we encourage you to contact us at our studio location in Country Walk, Florida, by calling us at (305) 254-2OTF (2683). We can then answer your questions and schedule you for your first class, which will be on the house. We can also tell you more about our gym membership options, including pay-as-you go, no-contract plans or our corporate "Fit to Work" program.
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
